Heavenly Father, thank You for being my refuge, my strength, and my constant help. I admit I often try to carry burdens on my own, but today I release them to You. Help me remember that You are with me—right now, in this very moment. You are not far. You are near. And that gives me peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
