Matthew 6:33 (NIV) — Today’s Verse for February 3, 2025 Monday

Spread the love

“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

— Matthew 6:33 (NIV)

Reflection on Today’s Verse

In a world that constantly pushes us to chase after success, wealth, and personal achievements, Jesus reminds us of what truly matters—seeking God’s kingdom first. When we focus on honoring God, living righteously, and aligning our priorities with His will, everything else falls into place.

This doesn’t mean we won’t face challenges or hardships, but it does mean that God will provide for our needs when we trust Him above all else. Instead of worrying about tomorrow, we are called to seek God today. When we put Him first, He takes care of the rest.

Where is your focus today? Are you seeking God first, or are you placing something else ahead of Him? Trust in His promises, and He will guide you toward everything you need.

Personal Prayer

Heavenly Father,
Help me to seek You first in all things. In a world full of distractions, remind me that You are my greatest priority. Strengthen my faith to trust in Your provision and guidance. Teach me to walk in Your righteousness and to rely on You rather than my own understanding. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
